A need i...</title><content type='html'>Events are created when there is a need.  A need is data-driven and indicates a knowledge gap.  A Program Manager will identify a need within his/her program and assign a designer to create an event to close that gap. A school should not re-create an event already offered through the district.  Instead, the Inservice Facilitator should discuss the need for that event with the Program Manager in charge of that program.
